Clinikl provides healthcare professionals with tools to manage their practice, schedule appointments, and communicate with patients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform responsibly and to not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Patient Data and HIPAA Compliance

As a doctor, you are responsible for ensuring your use of Clinikl complies with applicable healthcare regulations, including those governing the privacy and security of patient health information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clinikl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
